A BILL to amend and reenact §21-9-13 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to continuation of West Virginia Board of Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety .

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That §21-9-13 of the code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 9. MANUFACTURED HOUSING CONSTRUCTION AND SAFETY STANDARDS.

§21-9-13. Continuation of the Board of Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety.

The West Virginia Board of Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety shall continue to exist, Pursuant pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of this code, the West Virginia board of manufactured housing construction and safety shall continue to exist until the first day of July, two thousand five eleven, unless sooner terminated, continued or reestablished by act of the Legislature.




NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to continue
the West Virginia Board of Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety until July 1, 2011, pursuant to the West Virginia Sunset Law.
